Bic Hauser & Jim Hauser learned the incentive travel business before starting HTV.  Bic worked for Business Incentives (BI) for 3 years overseeing travel operations for multi-million dollar incentive travel programs.  Bic then sold and managed these travel incentive programs for MCI travel for 2 years.  Jim was on the other end...traveling as a guest on reward programs.  We saw the need at these events for entertainment at the Final Night Banquet and the rest is history.
